Well what to say, October has come and gone.
Although Halloween is my favorite holiday, this month and half since leaving Philips Healthcare has been.. turbulent, to put it lightly, so I think I’ll skip it. Highlights, started a new job, NPI Process Engineer Technician for a company called Flex in Salt Lake City. You can think of it as a third-party company that makes stuff for other companies.
Halloween was nice, we all dressed up like characters from Despicable Me and went trick or treating with my brother and his family. Then the next day we did it again but in Jill’s area, I am honestly surprised at how much our daughter Rosalie liked it.
My days are spent rushing lately, from home to daycare to take Rosalie, Nobs, to drop her off while I’m at work, rush to work, then get off work and rush to daycare before they close, head home, spend a few hours before bed taking care of Nobs and getting things ready for the next day. I don’t get much time to myself but it is what it is. Things will stabilize, need to stabilize, I hope will stabilize. I don’t really know what else to say.
I’ll do better with updating things this month, November, a traditionally rough month.
So yeah, that’ll be something to look forward to.
Hmm..
Later Days.
PS, mental health is at a pretty low point, I started this post like a month ago, then went through all of October and didn’t post it, and it’s the second week of November. Just a heads up. I’ll try to make a better post next time. Fingers crossed.
“When everything is lonely
I can be my own best friend
I get a coffee and a paper
Have my own conversations
With the sidewalk and the pigeons
And my window reflection
The mask I polish in the evenings
By the morning looks like shit”
